Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your package is ready to leave our facility. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and inclement weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package through USPS for domestic packages.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to select countries. International shipping rates are based on destination and package weight. If your order has been in transit for over 20 days, we recommend contacting your local customs office for updates, as some packages may be held for clearance or pickup.
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Legacy Nine Apparel is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your country’s customs office. If an international package is returned to us due to unpaid fees or failure to claim, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment or issue store credit. Please note, as outlined in our return policy, refunds are not available.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. After your package leaves our facility, Legacy Nine Apparel is no longer able to manage or modify shipment details. For tracking updates or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to connect with the courier for further assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine a suitable solution.
Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will reach out to arrange a new delivery. If we do not hear back within 7 days, the order will be considered cancelled and will not be eligible for reshipment or credit.
